it's also possible that Apple found out about the prototype iPhone and "asked" for it back at the same time they "asked" for the macbook back. the MR thread suggests fregac got the mobo around 8-24, and the CNET article about fregac is 8-30. That still keeps q-fred's earlier narrative alive in that respect.

also, as for the claims that fregac stiffs a bunch of people, the first link provided is a dead link, and the second one has one negative claim about carl that can possibly and probably be linked to FedEx fucking up.
