Purvis plays exactly the same way as Zo. He's a slasher who can distribute.

We need a SG who can shoot.

The best thing all our recruits can do over the summer is practice shooting. Even slow white guys can play at the college level if they can shoot.


All sorts of traveling not being called.


^not sure Purvis is going to be that guy in year 1. He will be a defender, though.

Most rising freshmen don't practice shooting, and most college players don't begin to shoot well until their second or third years.

So, it's not that obvious or everyone else would be much better shooters. They focus on shit like ball handling or bulking up, which don't lead to immediate benefits.

Lewis is going to get little playing time if he can't hit any of these shots.
