didnt like the end. fight seemed forced and out of character. also no boom op would ever tell a producer to cut the cameras. not if he likes his job

It does sound like Paige, but on closed caption instead of Paige it has "Hey,...."

i thought the fight was spot on. outside forces cause things that shouldn't be a big deal to blow up between couples all the time.

I fast forwarded to that part. @ 20:45 min in he does says something like "page, it's just a tough situation, alright"

but after listening again you hear "hey, it's just a tough situation, alright"

at first, after I read your post, I thought it did say page, but alas, it's just hey.

The argument seemed entirely believable to me. In fact, I've had similar squabbles about work that shouldn't have gotten that big but did. I've even gotten snarky, saying that "must be doing this all for myself then".

^ it was believable how it started and then snowballed, but I guess (to me) Pam crying, while realistic/plausible, was unnecessary and a bummer (only bc I look at this show as purely a comedy, I do not value it for it's 'drama', also I hate drama), so I kind of hate that was how things were left at the end.

And then of all the moments for a camera crew member to intervene this was the moment chosen?? after a weak argument that Pam overreacted with her crocidile tears to? meh

but that is only my perspective, maybe it felt less forced to other people.

Maybe Pam is preggers again? Gettin' all emotional and stuff.

All about perspective. I don't think Jim overreacted. He just lost a big time client. Imagine losing a "million dollar" client that was going to be the lifeblood of a new company. Bad news like that would leave anybody on edge. Same with Pam. Granted, she really didn't voice her concerns about Jim leaving like she should have, but I imagine that they're the type of couple that don't really get into arguments, so when it happens, it's rare enough to them that it's really upsetting.

There have been plenty of emotional moments, especially with Jim and Pam throughout the entire series. I thought it was a good scene and continues the address the fact that yes, the show has actually been for a documentary and the characters are clearly aware of them. I liked the first episode talking to the camera people and I liked this episode introducing one of them as someone friends with Pam.

And I thought Pam getting that upset was perfectly fine, it definitely fit in with the argument.

The cameraman's reaction to Pam's tears suggested to me that things have been especially challenging, and he's witnessed more of it than we have.

Considering at this point they have known each other for what like 7 years? I'm sure the crew is pretty close with the staff.

Ugh. Too much forced relationship drama. I guess their TM is the women folk. I think I'm done until the finale.

they are forcing this Pam-Boom Mic guy deal way too fucking hard

had to look that up: http://www.grantland.com/blog/hollywood-prospectus/post/_/id/67762/the-office-keeps-trying-to-shove-an-emotional-poochie-between-jim-and-pam

but spot fucking on. it is so damned tacked on. they could've introduced drama into their marriage without pulling a character who has supposedly been there the entire time out of thin air.

So this show looks like its going to end with Jim and Pam getting divorced. That is just a shitty way to end a show.

who the hell wants to stay married to someone that isn't willing to leave Scranton PA??? Jesus Christ.

And I really hope that someone kicks Andy's ass in the next episode or two. I'm failing to see why anyone is putting up with his bullshit. At the least I would just ignore him.

that guy from breaking bad was awesome!

the bit at the end with Oscar seemed a bit out of character.... but I thought the little ad for An American Office seemed interesting. Was that what he was watching or was it just an ad?

Andy is sooooooooooooooooo annoying.

I feel bad for Pam but she could definitely be working harder at looking for a job in Phila

More Kevin and less Andy.
