I think PJ is a better coach than TOB. I know he wouldn't have been a punk bitch like TOB was yesterday.

It's so humorous that you guys get so puffy chested over TOB when he was one epic maryland collapse away from being fired last year. And the Miami, UNC, and UMD games this year have shown that not a damn thing has changed (and that's giving him a pass for the embarrassing UT game to open the season). He should have been fired, but he's going to luckdick his way out of this year again thanks to the FSU win. He's the herb-fucking-sendek of college football.

This thread is so much fun for me. It's amazing watching you guys try to rationalize away TOB's failures.

he'll get at least 3 more years. which hopefully will be enough to find a DC that can put a mediocre product on the field. GT's offense has not been more potent than it is this year, and a defense that ranks just in the 50's will get him another ACC title (which, by the way, GT still has a shot at this year)

Paul Johnson is like a slightly more successful Herb Sendek (at NC State).

His teams are usually pretty good, but nobody wants to watch that shit (unless they're running all over UNC)...and he's capped out at winning a shit-tastic Coastal Division. I still wouldn't want him at NC State for the long haul.

Geiger has tons of titles (seriously look up his track record), Mark Stevenson has 6 conference titles, Sykes has one, Rychcik won the ACC in his first year.

But on this topic, PJ has not done anything Chan Gailey or George O'Leary did not. In fact, they are probably less relevant since they have a whopping 1 bowl win. Just cannot compare him to TOB at State. But I mean if you want to do that, who won more bowls in less years?
