in my experience, people in Kentucky don't necessarily identify as Southern; there's considerable state pride, but they don't feel much kinship with a larger sweeping region

I actually see UL and Kansas in the final four as long as their seeding matches up.

I dont think this UK team is as great as people want it to be, even with much better talent that last year.

VMI has had like 3 players get technicals for pushing dudes to the floor during dead balls and the Citadel had a dude pull on one of the VMI players arms trying to invoke him into a technical(which he was successful in)
