Lewis is playing at a better level on offense than Barber right now.

Sweet win for us tonight. Glad the team finally got a double digit ACC win and the timing couldn't be better. Lets shock the world Pack and beat Syracuse. Their logo is a knockoff of ours so that's enough to start a heated rivalry between the schools.

^It means we need some upset wins along with winning the games we should win to get on the bubble. We're a team you can think about as possibly making a push, but not without some help. 16-8 (6-5) with a win over a ranked team would be bubble certified(ask Clemson). However, we just don't have that.

10-8 with no signature wins doesn't get us in unless Debbie is blowing half of the selection committee.

Signature wins are VERY important.

But I don't know what other "bubble" resumes look like so I can't say that 10-8 isn't good enough, but they have to fill out the bracket somehow

Probably...I didn't know if he was talking about ACCT or not. I just saw 3 losses and added it to our 5 to get 10-8.

10-8 and two wins in the ACC tourney only gets us in if that 2nd win is against a Duke/Cuse/Pitt/UVa...maybe UNC depending on how they finish. Honestly...I hope UNC implodes and that our win against them isn't big. I don't want that to be seen as a "I'd rather have UNC suck than us make the tourney"...so I will phrase it as a "If UNC implodes, then we take their NCAA tourney spot."

assuming we finish out solidly I think our hopes lie more with how the conference tournaments play out and how many open spot there are than strictly a "signature" win. There are a lot of middling teams with relatively soft schedules that will be in similar boats and we gotta hope all the favorites win their tourneys and we don't end up having any at large bids going to good teams.

assuming we don't finish worse than 9th and those teams stay in the top 4, our potential 2nd win would have to be against one of them.
