The first half of DD2 was really the best though. Shame what happened with the rest of that season

Yeah, it felt like a series finale at least. I wonder if JJ and Punisher are done after their seasons

there's no way either of those two survive if DD got the axe

Man, screw Disney. With subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu, and the occasional HBO subscription through Prime, there's no way I can do yet another streaming service.

All of this privatized content has to be aggregated in some way, or else we're going to see the rise of pirating again. It was still out there, sure, but it had relaxed a good bit.

The era of streaming seemed like a promising way, at first, to get away from stupidly high cable bills. But the pendulum seems to be swinging the other way now, since you have to subscribe to so many different streamers to get all of the licensed content. I guess you could constantly sign up, then cancel, then sign up again based on when the latest seasons of whatever shows you want to watch come out. That's tedious though.

lol, aggregate them into one service, then give it about 30 yrs and this new service will essentially be Comcast and Time Warner. It would just have Netflix Channel, Hulu Channel, Amazon Channel, and Disney Channel [again].

Finally got around to starting DD3. I found the first episode quite boring. But the consensus seems to be it's a great season so I'll keep going.

EP 1 SPOILERS BELOW

Unless he comes back, I feel like that was kind of a waste of Bullseye. I get that this is a show based on a comic book, and that opening fight scene was great, but how does he survive a drop from the roof of a 5 story building and not have any permanent damage? I guess that means he will be coming back. Daredevil himself had like five throwing knives stuck in him too, which I guess if they didn't hit any vital organs (which would be out of character for Bullseye) and he got appropriate medical care, its theoretically possible for him to come out of that with just some scars.

Interesting that they killed off Foggy so quickly.

I think his costume/armor took the brunt of those knives with minimal penetration to his actual body

The start of episode 1 was part of the reshoots, originally neither were returning with Foggy dying off screen. I'm not sure if Bullseye was part of the reshoots.

Remember your comics (and Daredevil season 3). His skeleton is reinforced with cogmium steel.

Ah okay its been a while since I watched S3 so I didn't realize that, thanks for pointing it out. I'd expect some internal organs to be mush too, but eh, suspension of disbelief for a well done comic based show is good enough to cover that.
