The key difference is that US cable bills are used to pay for the service you want to consume. That's where ESPN places the fees and generates its revenues for this type of event. Thus the reason it matters. I don't expect to get free streaming to events in Europe when I'm in the US, so it's equally stupid to expect free access to US events outside of the US. That's how it is. I don't know why this is surprising to you, other than the fact that you're a worthless troll.
