Should I drop Funchess or Kevin White in order to pick up Tajae Sharp?

I'm leaning Funchess, but the Bears O is so shitty and White did nothing despite being single covered all game.

Also, Tyrell Williams is another option to add, but Sharp is the safer bet, no?

I need a quality RB2 badly.

currently all I have are Matt Jones (Redskins) and Forsett as my backups to CJ Anderson.

Any good waiver pickups or backups that can get time from an injured starter?

If tevin Coleman is available he's one to grab. It was a close to 50/50 split with him and Freeman.

I have Luck and am worried about the W2 matchup against Denver. Any chance Ryan is a better play...coming off a 300 yard 2TD game into Oaklands shitty D? Mariotta is also available : /

I'd stick with Luck.

Should I keep Rashad Jennings or pick up Theo Riddick? I have Ingram, L. Murray, and Abdullah.

Is it PPR? Because Riddick is a solid play in standard leagues and a great play in PPR leagues. I think he led the league in receptions for a RB last year.

Pick one for a .25ppr league:

Woodhead
Gore
Riddick
T. Coleman

Also, Travaris Cadet for the saints is a decent pickup. They cut Spiller so he's their passing down back now, plus his value would improve if Ingram got hurt. I would still probably keep Jennings though.

^Woodhead

Someone offered to give me Dez Bryant for Latavius Murray. I feel like I should say no just so I don't have to cheer for a Cowboy, but what do you think?

My other RBs: Jeremy Langford, Rashad Jennings, Eddie Lacey, Carlos Hyde
My WRs: KBen, Golden Tate, Michael Floyd, Michael Crabtree

Would you start Dez over Benjamin and/or Tate? And would Murray be a huge loss given my deep RB bench?

(Also worth mentioning that I'm playing against the guy who proposed the trade this week)

I feel that Murray will be in a RBBC by week 5 while Dallas will take more chances downfield in a couple of weeks after Dak gets more comfortable at QB. With that being said, Dez Bryant is going to get the Josh Norman treatment next week with a rookie QB while Murray should get to beat up on Atlanta. I'd try to hold the trade off for another week or so.

I'm a bit concerned at how I'm starting to think my ROS is going to pan out. I felt pretty good about the draft, but now I realize that I don't really have any upswing potential. Most of this team is just going to be middle of the road. Was thinking of trying to start trading, but is W1 too soon to worry? I barely pulled out a win W1 because he had some duds. PPR league, was number 7 pick (10 team) and went RB heavy in the beginning. WRs are suffering because of it.

QB Eli Manning
RB Todd Gurley
RB Lamar Miller
WR T.Y. Hilton
WR Julian Edelman,
WR Larry Fitzgerald
TE Travis Kelce
FLEX Allen Hurns
D/ST Rams D/ST D/ST
K Chandler Catanzaro

BENCH
Bench Keenan Allen*, (Aiming for Mike Wallace, waiver is pretty slim right now)
Bench Duke Johnson Jr.
Bench Ameer Abdullah
Bench Corey Coleman
Bench Kirk Cousins,
Bench Dwayne Allen,
Bench Steve Smith Sr.,

Also, this is my first year on ESPN, and it's garbage. Going to push for Yahoo next year.

why don't people like espn? do you not use the app? consensus in my league was that espn had the best app and it wasn't evne close. I mean, I'm using nfl app and they don't even have game times and you have to make a bunch of clicks to find player information in different places

espn has everything in one easily sortable chart and the app is great for tracking multiple games live while you are out and about on a sunday.

^non-PPR? Yeldon - clear #1 with Ivory still out.

PPR? Coleman by a very thin edge over Yeldon.

I would be concerned about Riddick coming down after last week. That's his first game ever with multiple touchdowns.

^ .25ppr for some reason. So Yeldon then. I have Ivory too : /

I'm mainly interested in the whole season, not just W2.

Yeah with minimal PPR scoring Yeldon makes sense. Actually Yeldon is more of the pass-catching back for JAX with Ivory as the banger, so Yeldon would be my choice.

Season long I would hold on to Coleman. Game 1 was a 50/50 split with Freeman in snaps so its possible ATL goes with the hot hand as the season progresses, and Coleman had a solid first game.

Victor Cruz at home against the Saints is enticing, as there should be a ton of offense in that game. The Saints secondary was bad enough as it is, and now they're going to be down the only competent CB they had as well with Delvin Breaux out. Vegas has the Giants game as the second highest scoring team next week at 28.5 points

^^ I would rank them Wilson, Cousins, Wentz but obviously have to keep an eye on Wilson's status

someone in my league dropped Michael Floyd and I feel like I should use my #1 waiver priority to snag him, considering the rest of the garbage that's on the waiver wire at the moment. not sure who I should drop, though, since my roster is full of mediocre players (.5 ppr starting 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 flex)
QB: Andy Dalton, Tyrod Taylor
RB: DeMarco Murray, Ryan Mathews, Arian Foster, Frank Gore, Jamaal Charles
WR: Odell Beckham, Dez Bryant, TY Hilton, Tavon Austin, Mike Wallace
TE: Julius Thomas

Tyrod Taylor is droppable in any league that isn't 2QB or Superflex. You can stream QBs on the few weeks where Andy Dalton isn't serviceable.

^^ that was my plan until reading this about Tyrod from ESPN & got scared I was gonna do something stupid:
Quote :
"Because he missed a pair of games last season, his overall numbers don't appear impressive at first glance, but he ranked ninth among QBs in fantasy points per game (18.4) and posted a top-10 week in half his starts (tied for sixth at his position). "

Tyrod barely averaged over 200 yards/game passing last season, with Sammy Watkins accounting for a third of those yards. There were games where Watkins accounted for over half of all passing yards in the game. Woods and Clay aren't going to stretch the field like Watkins can, so opposing defenses are just going to stack the box constantly against a Greg Roman offense. I don't want anything to do with that offense with Watkins out.

Tyrods mediocre passing stats are buoyed by the fact that he's the best running qb not named cam newton. Also, Watkins isn't out. His foot is bothering him but he says he's going to play.

I would drop tavon austin. He was a borderline wr4/5 before the rams decided to have a qb dumpster fire. He can't make plays down the field. All his catches are at the line of scrimmage.

Yup. Floyd for Auston is a pretty big upgrade IMO. Arizona is going to score a ton of points again this year and palmer spreads it around a pretty good bit. All 3 of Arizona's WRs are startable as wr2 or wr3.

My WR are sorta weak but I have 5 strong backs and am looking to make these two trades but am wondering if they will seem too unfair. These teams have a lot of wrs and i'm hoping to capitalize off the fact that watkins and obj had weak week 1 performances, the watkins injury, and the strong week 2 projections for ivory and woodhead.

ivory for sammy watkins

woodhead and emanuel sanders for obj and c. michael

Steelers, Niners, among others on the market...should I drop the Rams and pickup?
