If Elon can not suck his own cock then he can't possibly be the richest man in the world (not all riches are made of dollars or krugerrands).

I'm sure he can afford BOTH rib removal and penile enlargement surgery to facilitate this. Once he does that then yes, Elon will be the richest man in the world (as I understand it, however, QB Sam Hartman is the current richest man in the world).
