RE the cable cutting stuff: if I'm at work during a game or it's on ESPN+, I've stared just listening to the teams' radio broadcasts. 88.1 if you're in Raleigh, if not you can find an audio stream just by going to the teams' GoPack page and choosing "Listen." I realize it's not the ideal way to see the game but better than nothing.

Women's team absolutely slaughtered last night. Hope we do it again.
