I had a chimichanga on Friday. Immigration status of the kitchen and wait staff uncertain, but they were universally attentive, polite, and courteous to a group of gringos (and one Pakistani who JUST got his citizenship). Colleague DID have a Burrito California.

Where at? I went to chubbys for the first time in 15 years a couple of weeks ago. Not as good as I remember. Tortillas were solid but salsa and meat below average. Rey's in ironworks was really great. Particularly the spicy shrimp taco, which tastes like one I loved near the border in California. Definitely not the same vibe as a border Mexican restaurant.
