That depends on how far you are from the standard weight it's calibrated to.

[Edited on June 18, 2008 at 3:33 PM. Reason : well, that and a few other factors, but the answer is "not very"]

I'm supposed to lift tonight, but I'm have trouble getting enough calories lately due to massive nonsense in my life. I'm not too motivated to go tonight.

you can adjust your weight on the good ones..

Does % muscle effect it much ? it seems like 200lbs of rock solid muscle would burn more calories than 200lbs of flabbiness

i've done 150 straight crunches 150 on left side 150 on right side and 150 leg ups thus far... today is also chest day at the gym and then i'll take the dog to the park and then probably run 4-5 more miles

I did the bike for 40 minutes and the stupid horse saddle thing for 15 minutes. I just do that thing to cool down from the bike lol. I was going to swim but there was a stupid kids' class going on and I didn't want to deal with the screaming.

Last night I worked chest, back, and abs. I also ran 2 miles on the tredmill. Ate steak and green beans for dinner.

I started off my day today, as i do every day, with 2 hard boiled eggs. For lunch I'll have a grilled chicken salad. Tonight at the gym I will work biceps, triceps, and shoulders. I'll run another 2 miles on the tredmill, and I am not sure yet what I am having for dinner. Probably another steak since I have like 10 of them in the freezer.

Not sure what I want to accomplish today. It needs to be lower body. Don't want to squat because I will be way to sore and that will hamper by drive to run the rest of the week and probably into next week. I'm thinking a) Hills, and various other pt b) go deadlift or c) find some people to drag with.
