+100 for where we are in what I think is a short amount of time, however i'm gonna do a -0.001 for staying in the zone too long today. For a few possessions it really baffled Miami who were already baffled, but then it look like it started baffling us when guys started driving to the rim for them. Our first half and 8min of the 2nd half D was awesome.

WE had too many guys in foul trouble to stop the drives to the rim. I doubt we minded giving up the two's versus threes at the end of the game.

I'm just glad we were able to keep the score deficit wide enough to keep the W.

Next year's longer bench should make the rotations more interesting. And TDT and Vanenburg will hopefully be reliable enough to relieve our big men when they start getting in foul trouble. I'm still waiting to see what the staff is going to do about our lack of size in the paint, come 2013. Vandenburg's potential red-shirt should help that... has there been any updates about that?

They're not asking for a 6th year, they're just applying his redshirt year to this season. It's not technically granted yet, but it's all a straightforward thing. He played in 7 games, less than 30% of the schedule, and he didn't play in the second half of the season.

So he doesn't have it have it, but he's gonna get it as long as he doesn't play in any more games.
