ok that's a possibility - but the president was acting genuinely displeased with walt - i can understand that if there were a third party there, but this went on while they were together alone

^^^because he probably didn't know the president was involved. the president could have very well kept walt out of the loop so that if his administration was found out to be responsible, he'd have someone to blame it on.


^if i were in charge of and insidious plot, i'd act like i had no clue about it as well except for the few people "in" on it at the highest level.
