Yesterday 300 legups 300 crunches up the middle 300 to each side (yes 1200 ab movements) 2 hours of chest work out @ the gym.


Today 100 legups 100 crunches up the middle 100 to each side thus far.

Crossfit WoD:

Run 800m
21 pull ups
21 thrusters (95#...basically a deep front squat into a push-press)
21 kettlebell swings (used a 55# dumbell)

repeated this series 3 times...took about 35 minutes. Sucked.

if one has a whole day of arms what order do you do? i usually do biceps, then deltoids and save triceps for last...think i should do tris first but i dont typically have an "arms" day

155 x 9 reps (Miley Cyrus songs motivate me jk)
Dumbbell Flys - 4 sets x 10 reps : 20 lbs
Cable Tricep Press - 5 sets x 10 reps : 50-90lbs
Seated Dip Machine - 5 sets x 10 reps : 90-120lbs
Real Dips (no cheating) - 1 set x 50 reps
Dumbell Kickbacks - 4 sets x 10 reps : 12.5lbs
Abs, calves, and rehabilitating my aging shoulder joint...

Good luck with the shoulder... i'm back to being strong enough to where i have to worry about mine again I rolled it out of socket a couple times in HS doing flat bench & decline.

abbreviated Crossfit workout:

(all with 135lb barbell)

3 rounds of:

deadlifts (15 reps)
hang power cleans (12 reps)
front squats (9 reps)
push press (6 reps)



then did 4 sets each, alternating, of bicep curls and tricep extensions (on the cable machine with rope attachment)

ditto...except I intended to do all 5 rounds and stopped at 3 (29mins in)...the only CF wod I've ever not finished

the bear is a fun one

Today ended up sucking. I had to scrap my plan, as I still have DOMS from Monday. I havent had DOMS in a LONG time. I forgot how bad it hurts. I cant bend my legs.

Today....foam rolled, attempted front squats, cried, bench, bent over rows, mps, pullups, foam rolled, streched, cried, hot shower, cold shower, hot shower, cold shower
