Shaping up to be a crazy last two weeks for some teams in the transfer window

I will be ecstatic if any of Young, Downing, Suarez go to Liverpool. They do need to find somebody to replace Skrtel though. Redknapp's seemingly targeted every single offensive player available (Pienaar, Suarez, Luis Fabiano, Carroll) even though they need a CM.

And apparently that Bent deal is up to 24m, WTF

Really? Last update I got was that they have come to terms with Everton but were still in negotiations with the player over wages. Spurs are seemingly injured as fuck all the time so stockpiling another good player that isn't cup tied is fine by me.

They seriously have to address the striker issue. They're already on borrowed time with Crouch and Defoe has to have someone else up front to relieve some of that pressure. I'm not a big believer in Pavs to this point as well.

Hudds can play that hold up defensive midfield position well if he would ever come back

i liked when villa bough jean il makoun for 5 mil a lot, but 18 mil or whatever for bent is more than i would pay. if van der vaart costs like 8 mil, why would you pay 18 for bent. if villa get relegated this year, they will be so fucked money-wise.

Yeah I'm having a good week too. Picked up RVP a couple weeks ago when it looked like he was getting back into form and today proves that was a good choice. I also got Dempsey a week or two ago. Adam put one in and Vidic should hold onto a clean sheet.
