You can use it for the inner corner of the eye and arch of the brow. Just blend/smudge it on in there. You can experiment as well--like, you might want to do the outer corner or apply it lightly on your cheekbones, etc... I don't wear much makeup, but highlighters are amazing and easy.

^^Yes, it's all about light. Like, you're not really tryna to conceal anything or apply pigment. You're just lightening the skin a bit and letting the shimmering agent reflect light off your face in a way that highlights your beautiful eyes.

Mission accomplished ladies. She took off everything, every where except for the back (which isn't much of an issue for me)

It hurt just a little. Definitely more towards the center top. She was like "Rip, Rip, ...... Rip! Perfecto!"

and I was all like, damn, that was it?!

super red though

she was all up in my hooha!

Afterwards she's like "See the pain wasn't too bad?" And I said it wasn't the pain I was worried about, it was more about the letting someone else see down there"

She said after 14 years it's just hair that has to go bye-bye

i keep thinking about it and always decide not to. i did my own wax before my bachelorette party in november and it was just a basic bikini and it hurt like hell. although im sure waxers have better stuff than those strips.

Waxers use a hard wax that doesn't use strips. Its a lot less painful.

Not only do they have better quality stuff, they have a better technique. I don't think that waxing your nether regions is something that you can do well on yourself.

I wish that you'd just let me do it. /creeper

Not necessarily. The place I went used the warm honey kind of wax with strips. Though it was also where I got folliculitis, twice, and vowed I'd never get waxed again. Though that was more because I don't think it's nearly worth the cost and having to not shave for two weeks beforehand than the pain.

I need a massage but my spa of choice has gotten really pricey since their renovation (Synergy). Anyone know of a place that charges less than $80 for a 60 minute massage that is really good? Or are any of the current Groupon/Living Social deals worth going for?

I'll admit I'm a little picky, so I want the place to be a little fancier than the community college thing.

elise you're an ipsy girl! Go to your Glam Room page and click on the Chella link to view all the videos where it was used. Ipsy is teaching me all new ways to use things.

PS: Still haven't received my bag this month it's all my fault. I was supposed to receive it last TUESDAY but I moved and forgot to switch my address (d'oh). I changed it before I even got the tracking info but they still had my old address. It's being forwarded since last Tuesday and still not here. I hope it doesn't get lost.

elise, intuitively, you'd want it to be one of the last things you apply. You want light to be able to get to it.

But I definitely recommend watching some other people and experimenting yourself. It's really about what you like since you only see yourself through your own eyes. I can't wear a lot because it's unsettling. I mean, even if something is "pretty," if it's too different, it freaks me out.

I know what you mean! I dyed my hair for so long that when I got it dyed back to the original color it was incredibly shocking. It took me months to get used to it.

I personally don't like them.

But they'd be fine with brown dress pants. And if you really want them, then you should definitely get them.

I own and love tons of stuff that other people don't like, and they're usually my favorite things. So, yeah, they're $35, and they're gonna be comfortable, and you like them...you gotta get 'em yo!

I might get those and some black patent heels. Right now I only own one pair of heels because nobody stocks wides. Just have to decide if I should order them online, or wait and go buy them at the Smithfield outlets so I can try them on first. Leaning toward the outlet and trying on first.

I have ordered from them a couple times, but never shoes. Got a sweet patagonia bathing suit for cheap last year. They are so much cheaper than Zappos I think it's worth paying for return shipping on the shoes that don't fit.

Yes I did! I thought it was going to be some amazing and life changing experience, but it's basically the same dryer I had previously (which I got from a pro at a health/fitness expo for really cheap). It's heavier than normal and not really anything special. I appreciate the coupon code though!

I've had to quit going to Nordstrom Rack because I love the shoes but it's so rare to find ones that fit.

Also, I think I'm going to host a Saturday (possibly evening) clothing swap in the next couple weeks.

So I was in a really good mood when I decided this, and it was a mistake. I finally had to acknowledge that I look cheap/awful in these shirts.

But I've discovered the perfect (affordable) tee. The essential v-neck tee at the GAP is the bomb--the short and long-sleeved versions are awesome especially if you're self-conscious about your stomach. I don't mind a tight fit except my belly button is like three inches wide and sits two inches lower on my body than it's supposed to so the extra tummy room in these tees is the best. Nice fit in the shoulders and a perfect v, too. They're still behind in the color offerings though--J. Crew whoops everybody's ass at this.

Perfect length on these things, too! I don't know why tees are generally cut so long these days. Anybody understand this?

Drove to the outlets but left my wallet home. Tried on stuff and could get it for about the same price online once I got home, so whatever. Have some shoes on the way, and I need to decide on a couple more pairs.

haha just found this from vanity search.

I don't regret it, but I'm pretty bored with the direction it has taken. I never imagined it like this. Sometimes it's more like bashing on people's style choices than any kind of feminine camaraderie.
