2014 PG recruit Joel Berry committed to Carolina. He was in the top 25 or so of his class.

Also, I never saw this come up in this thread but apparently we offered Lennard Freeman (6'8" PF from Oak Hill) last month. Currently classified as 2013 but may reclassify as 2014.

Sucks that the weather is so bad as it'll keep people from going out tonight like they normally would. Hope Randle is able to have a great time in Raleigh somehow.

Landing Randle would be so huge. He had to like the atmosphere. Crowd was nuts, college gameday was in the house, big win over a big name.

We couldn't have planned a better weekend bball wise for Randle to visit. Barber there to help recruit, Purvis having a solid game, ESPN there, crowd going bonkers, huge win and our team seemed to be having fun when our offense was humming. Going to be a LONG wait for Randle.

Randle's twitter entries seem a little subdued. Respectful, but nothing mentioning his excitement over being a part of this team next year, the game, the fans, etc. If he was blown away, he kept it to himself. Some of the posts on the weather and wanting to be home, doesn't seem to bode well. Maybe I'm reading too much into it.
