^ saw them at the ritz when they opened for sonic youth...it was very loud, very noisy (and a lot of ear-ringing frequencies coming out of the filterbank), and not at all entertaining

i'm kinda disappointed that joanna newsom is the same night as the xx. but only kinda. because i think the xx has the potential to be really boring while joanna newsom will not be boring. especially not from 5th row.

now i just have to make sure my boyfriend doesn't jizz himself during the show. its a tough life i lead.
