the call wasn't the ONLY reason we lost but it was more than a "pussy call" - it just wasn't smart. We had a rhythm going in that drive and only needed 1 yard for a first... it wasn't a 50/50 call where it was like 4th and 5 or something

it totally killed all offensive momentum we had and when we did get the ball back, we had no timeouts and were rushed to get 10-15 yards every play

too many of our drives were killed with HB Dive calls up the middle on second and long that went no where, time after time after time. we made no adjustments on the offensive side of the ball to the running game and put ourselves in a position to lose to a 4 yard punt. play calling lost us this game.

I blame most of the coaching all game. Why did we continue to stick with a run up the middle? Their defensive line is good. Our bread and butter today was quick flares out to the RB or TE. We should have done to them what ECU did to us with them things. Force them to stop it. They proved they could stop the run.

And I totally agree...that was a no-balls call and wasnt smart. Even if we did pin them deep. Still horrible to expect your offense to operate with No timeouts. Either way on the punt that was going to happen...

Our redzone offense is absolutely awful. All we do is run it up the middle or watch RW throw it into triple coverage. We should've scored at least 30 points this game. Our "perfect storm" offense has sunk any hopes of a huge season.

lets look at it differently. We have 3 games left on the schedule and we still potentially have the chance to get to the acccg! It was an ugly game and would have been sweet to pull it out, but it was on the road. Nopt an easy place to play and all. If luck goes our way today and we still control our destiny, I highly doubt we lose at home to Wake, and maryland could lose and fsu or clemson has to lose. If we do what we're supposed to, the UNC game could be HUGE.
