I'm gonna give the selection committee more credit and say they don't just blindly look at this supposed "RPI top 50" thing like most of you are saying they will. I want every single bubble team to lose and lose as quickly as possible. If we are the only bubble team playing on Saturday, then all the better.

Marshall is more on the bubble than Southern Miss. I don't see how USM isn't a lock. Marshall is right next to State in RPI as well.

We want Cal to win because they are probably in no matter what and someone has to win the tourney. Similar reasoning for USM. Other games:

Cincinnati vs Syracuse 7:00 PM
Wisconsin vs Indiana 2:00 PM

Do Indiana and Syracuse results really matter at this point? Everyone knows those are really good teams.

I mean...if they can move our RPI up a spot or two, it can only help.

really we want every team that we've played that's not on the bubble to win, and every team that is on the bubble to lose regardless of whether or not we've played them, in my opinion.

Good point, forgot about them. Can't let Xavier win though, they are still a bubble team

man, put UVA's resume up there blind against some of these "bubble teams" and it's not really that much better. It's irritating me how much of a lock they are. I mean, I think they should be in the tournament but what puts them above every single bubble team? The Michigan win is that incredible?

Yeah I don't understand how UVA has been considered a lock for this long, they're definitely a strong bubble but bubble still.

Marshall won and jumped us, Texas, Miami, and UVA to f us over

You know, it doesn't really matter who you pull for (although it does make this bubble watch more exciting), it won't affect the outcome of these games.
