^^ until he gave that game away. that 3 by allen was a total, total bailout. i was ready to talk about lebron totally blowing that title for the next decade.

So which fouls is everyone bitching about this morning? Green got his shit pushed in at the end of OT, Parker's momentum was already carrying him out of bounds at the end of the game...Ginobili's towards the end of OT is the only one that I saw that might should have been called, but I didn't get a good look at the bar. He looked to be out of control and possibly could have walked...and it seemed to fall in the "you don't make that call at the end of the game" area.

possibly walked? he took 3 right at 4 steps before anyone touched him.

Ray Allen saved the heat...thats all there is to it.

no Headband Lebron was out of control and turning the ball over in the 4th.

Yes, he tried to turn to beast mode but missed a lot of 3s.

He also missed some 3s too. If Allen didn't make that 3, Heat died in his hand.

my post still stands. games are not fixed they are influenced sometimes it doesn't work out like it almost didn't last night because lebron was fucking up so bad and tony parker went into God mode.

I knew the Heat would win this game after game 1 because it meant spurs would win games 3 and 5 to keep the pattern so that game 7 could get maximum ratings. i dont know who will win game 7 since theres no more milk to get.

The spurs did lose the 2nd half and overtime by double digits so I was right on that and face lost his bet.

It's very likely Heat will win in the end, as it's their home court. Ref will decide.

[Edited on June 19, 2013 at 9:59 AM. Reason : My prediction b4 the game is absolutely right: lbj 30, 10 10 to force a game 7!]

Ray Allen made the shot that bailed the Heat out

Lebron is the only reason they were in a position to tie

he had two bad possessions in the final minute but he turned it up about a trillion notches on both ends of the floor to get them back in it

^No, no, no. Don't you get it, Lebron is a bum. Any time he plays well, it's b/c he got lucky, the other team didn't care that night, refball, Wade & Bosh taking the pressure off him, Stern's basketball reasons, etc

Aside from Leonard, Duncan in the first 3 quarters, and parker late in the game, the spurs played pretty terribly and still nearly won...game 7 should be epic...sucks its on the same time as baseball

I wouldn't say that Ginobili disappeared. He definitely had an impact. He contributed 8 turnovers and 4 fouls.

Pop made some bad calls in overtime. Taking out Duncan and Parker at the end, while leaving Ginobili out there, was the biggest head-scratcher.

I'm surprised to see how quickly he shrinks in just two days. Last game God must be attaching his body.

I literally couldn't sleep last night because of that game, I can't believe how close the spurs were and how all they needed were some freaking free throws.

I am much more worried going into game 7 than I would have been if it was a blowout. With only one full days rest and playing in Miami I don't like our chances. I just think that we are going to be worn out but who knows, they might be able to dig deep and make some magic happen.

If the spurs keep Chalmers, Battier, and the other heat scrubs down then they will win. Keeping those guys in check will be key IMO.

As much disappointment the Spurs are in, the Heat players could get equally complacent. Game 7 should be equally competitive.

Yes, they were only one ft to the champion.
If they lose tomorrow, Leonard will feel very guilty probably.

^^^ I definitely see that too. With the whole no team winning back to back games that aspect favors the spurs. My only concern is before the spurs bounce back wins came after coming home or after a longer break.

Oof. That sucked. Not like the spurs to blow a game on unforced errors. Total meltdown.

On a side note though kawhi was unbelievable last night.

LeBron and durant weren't this good at 21. Jordan wasn't this good. Hes literally the best 21 year old since magic Johnson its crazy.

Hmmm on 2nd thought shaq may have beemn this good too.

Leonard is going to be a star. His build, defense, and rebounding ability is nearly identical to Rodman, and he seems to pose an even bigger offensive threat than Rodman did.

Yes, Heat will dominate the 2nd half. Spurs will try to make the last fight at the beginning but get burnt in the end.
Miami win by 10. Celebration starts at 8 mins left of 4th Qr.

fuck the heat so bad. fuck ray allen most of all. what a two timing snake. why did he even need to leave boston. fuck that flopping football wade, fuck battier who all he can do is flop and make 1/5 wiiiide open 3s. fuck miller who acts like his back is about to break unless he's shooting a 3. fuck bosh for making one big play and roaring like he is a raptor. no not a toronto raptor but the actual dinosaur. fuck fuck fuck birdman for not being a real basketball player. credit to lebron for being amazing but fuck him for being a bitch and joining this team in the first place.

never wanted a team to lose a game so bad. this is worst than unc, yankees, soviet union, aliens in space jam, fat kids in that car commercial and hitler's guys vs jesse owens.

Don't blame him that he was only scripted to make 1 three. Gotta blame the writers for that one

I just want to point out kahwi leonard has produced twice as many wins (1.49) in this series as the heats best player LEBRON (0.74) has produced despite playing significantly less minutes. Truly a legendary series and playoffs for a 21 year old phenom.

Win or lose he should be the mvp of the series but the media is just too dumb.

If parker hadn't been injured and struggled in the series and ginobili hadnt sucked such a fat one (seriously biggest dropoff ever in one season?) the spurs would have this.

Just pray they dont get dwight howard or chris paul in free agency somehow. Buford is a legend so you know he will use his cap space wisely.

Oh yeah and Indiana probably woulda won a title this year if theyd kept leonard.

so Duncan, Parker, Ginobli, Green, Neal, Splitter, etc, have produced a total of 1.51 wins?

6 games seems like too small a sample size to trust WP numbers, obviously

I agree. Otherwise Robert Horry should be awarded MVP and should not be Shaq, Duncan or Olajuwon. He brought a lot of wins to his teams too.

Green has produced 1.08 thanks to his hot shooting and duncan 0.67 and parker only .11 after last games huge negative and his woeful game 2.

Rest of the team has basically been 0 or negative.

Not sure what the heck youre talking about with horry, shaq was a monster in most if not all finals
