we lost not because of Russ doing his best Marcus Stone. Those int's didn't help, but the loss is on the special teams. We gave up a return and we went for it on 4th down several times when, if we had a real kicker, we would have put through for 3 points.

So they get 7 because our special teams is bad and we don't get six because we were afraid to use a kicker who hit a 48 yard fg in the 4th.

Yes, Russ had a uncharacteristic day for what e have grown accustomed to. However, as I was watching numerous college games yesterday after our game. A crappy performance by Russ is still better then like HALF of the starting college QB's across the country.

Russ will fix his errors, but what im hoping is that VT didnt expose our lack of having a true Rush defense, b/c if so Boston College. ECU, and FSU are going to keep the ball on the ground if that's the case.

We are miles, and MILES ahead of where I thought we would be going into this season, b/c im certain most of you thought we would start out like 1-4 and so far most of us have been wrong. Keep it going Pack and take it to BC this Sat!

I'm never use halftime vouchers. I know I'm not going to to make it to the Trinity Lot and back for the 2nd half. Having been at my seat and seen the whole return, I can say with certainty the kickoff return for the TD had a bit more to do with having one coverage man outside of the middle of the field than the empty seats (and honestly there are probably more people out of their seats but in the restroom or at the concessions stand than outside the stadium).

Halfitme vouchers are a must. The food sucks at the stadium and they dont serve drinks.

Honestly, yesterday was a miserable experience at the stadium. It was fucking hot and im completely sunburnt.

The game was over 4 fucking hours long. No one wants to be there for 4 hours, they have GOT to do something to make college football not so goddam boring.

That was an awesome game, one of the best I've ever been to and even still everyone in the stadium was thinking "goddam how long are they going to keep us here" especially if you were in our deathray sun section the whole time.

Why in gods name cant they sell beer at games? Its ridiculous that they make you chug a 12 pack right before you go in and then make you die all game. You go from being excited to be there to being miserable like an hour later.

I wish we could just ban anti-drinkers from the games so they dont make it so hellish for the rest of us like they do at hockey games.

wasn't quite 4 hours but what can you do in a high scoring game like that? it could be a little quicker if every ref was like the ref that did the Cincinnati game -- on first downs or out of bounds the clock would literally stop for about 2 seconds before the ref would restart it.

I love every bit of the 4 hours of EVERY GAME. Good or bad, we fill that stadium close to full every game. Why do you think we get better bowls than our record suggests most of the time (when we are bowl eligible)? It is because we have the best, passionate fans in the ACC and we go to the games whether we are good or bad. We always sell much more than we are supposed to be allotted at bowls because we travel so well. Oh, and just a guess here, but I am pretty sure we will have more RED in the stands in Chapel Hell this year on November 20th.

If you want to complain about the games being boring, don't come and let someone else have that ticket. We have plenty of other fans that would love to fill that seat and not care that he cannot drink a precious beer during the game.

So how about the whore of an excuse for cop standing at the section 8 entrance? I was walking back in the after halftime to go back down to my seat and she tried to say that I was the person who they kicked out earlier. Apparently somebody tried to sneak in 7/8 area wit a SEZ stamp and ticket. I as, calmly as I could (being pretty fucking annoyed) tried to tell her, that my stamp clearly says 7/8 and not SEZ. She then goes "Do NOT raise your voice sir" and was acting like she was on her fucking period or something getting all bitchy about it.
