Charlotte is pretty rough. We got 4-5 inches so far. I left work at 2ish, but thankfully could take the train all the way to 485. People were generally smart, it seems, and they just stayed home. Roads were covered in snow, but there were very few drivers, which meant that there was plenty of room to drive safely. I'm home now, and will not be getting the fuck out whatsoever. Imma go order a pizza and see what they say

colangus, I went to work, and then my friend was trying to prove something to her dude about her driving so she wanted to meet me for lunch. The spot was up the street from her place but much further for me. I suck so I couldn't tell her no. And she knew the kitchen was closed before I left, but she didn't tell me.

I drank water and watched the snow pile up for two hours before heading back out into the traffic.

Had to leave my Truck at the bottom of the hill between falls and six forks on spring Forest. Was helping push other cars and by the time I got back to my truck it wasn't going anywhere. At least I was able to reverse and pull iT up onto the sidewalk partially. Bunch of cars are with mine, including a nice Maserati. Was walking home but a guy who was also pushing out cars offered to give me a lift. Today just sucked....
