Well I think Scout just hasn't updated as recently as Rivals has. I'm sure he'll make a jump in Scout if they really are basing it off of offers because Kansas, UVA, NCSU are solid offers, esp. for a guy that has really only been available for a couple of weeks.

Rivals literally just updated theirs today. Scout will come around as well...

Though if he's 36th the #2 best PG is wrong. Mudiay, Jones, Berry, Ulis and Lyle are all ahead of him and are all PGs.

Myles Turner just committed to Texas, which still leaves an open scholarship for Graham at Kansas. Doesn't necessarily mean Graham's going there, but a surprise Kansas announcement from Turner would have been nice.

^^Abu was down to us, Florida and UConn. Two of those teams were in the final four. Guess which one of the three he picked? Its not always about having the best program, best coach, etc. Of course those things working in your favor are gonna get you more bluechippers than not. But each recruit is different. Where as a recruit like Wiggins might want that, Graham may not.

I'm always surprised when kids are willingly State fans growing up. Honestly, the only State fans at my high school were kids whose dad or brother went there, and they were almost forced to like us. It was all UNC, Duke, or Wake.
