tomorrow: shopping, cooking, im making food for a cocktail party, then said party... going to make crab and blood orange salsa on endive leaves, roasted spinach and garlic empandas, and pork meatballs with romanesco.. only except im makng finger foods for like 30, so it'll be fun .. college football on in the background
sunday: sunday fun day, brunch, football at the bar all day, go to another bar for cheap wings and the night game, stumble home and debate killing myself b/c i feel like assholes.

BTTT. the weekend is here.

So i have this friend who's coming back to town this weekend. He went away for college and never really moved back. He lives in charleston now and has adopted that whole douche attitude. We were real close in high school but nowhere near that now. We speak once a month maybe, but for some reason he still thinks we are best friends and that when he comes back to town everyone, including me, should drop what we are doing and make a huge deal out of it.


So he's expecting this big shit show weekend with everyone wanting to go uptown and get hammered and all this stuff. I'm purposely thinking about just doing our normal Friday night Saucer night like we usually do and forcing him to be bored out of his mind.

other than that...
Friday - catching up on DVR shows after work, then out for awhile
Saturday - Football all day, probably meet up at BW3 for some cold ones, wings, and more football. Then uptown that night.
Sunday - lazy football day.

Hahaha everyone has a friend like that. Mine's name is Trevor. Complete asshole, none of us like him anymore, yet everytime he come's back to Charlotte he sends out mass texts like "OHHHH Shit T-REV is in the motherfuckin' house !" and expects us to roll out the red carpet for him.

Dog-sitting all weekend.

Work Friday night, work Saturday-day. Saturday night off...probably take the dogs to my bar and have a few drinks and watch the late night games.

Beach it for a little while on Sunday and watch the early games. DVR the Chargers game and going to a big wine distributor's annual wine dinner with this smoking hot teacher that works at my bar on the weekends. Feel like it's going to be a good weekend.
