I sat Torain and he was off to a great start until he tore his ACL. Looks like he's done for the year.

I'm one of those that sat on Torain since week 6 or so.

Shiancoe or Shaife

Shiancoe has like 4 TDs in the last 5 games. Frerotte loves him.

Shaife is playing a porous Bears D that is susceptible to TE's.

Redskins agreed to terms with CB DeAngelo Hall, formerly of the Raiders.

^^I too was an idiot for sitting Royal, but you kind of have to play Reggie Wayne and Plax at the WR spots when you have them...could've definitely played Royal at the flex though, we'll see if Donald Driver balls out against the Vikes

what is this bullshit?

Quote :
"Colston may not start?

There is speculation that Marques Colston may not start with belief that coach Sean Payton is content with Devery Henderson and Lance Moore as the starting tandem, according to New Orleans Times-Picayune.

Fantasy owners should not panic, as Colston would still serve as the No. 3 receiver in a pass-happy Saints' offense. It is also only a matter of time before the stone-handed Henderson falls out of favor with Payton again due to dropped passes. He should be penciled into fantasy lineups against a manageable Falcons' pass defense (ranked 15th)."

Do you all think Charles is worth a start over Deuce, Fargas, and Addai?

Quote :
"Colston's role will be "expanded" in Sunday's game against the Falcons after being limited in each of the past two games, according to head coach Sean Payton, the Times-Picayune reports. Colston has just two catches for 56 yards in two games since returning from a thumb injury, but has had a limited role in the offense and has been wearing a plastic splint over his thumb. Colston said this week that he just now feels "100 percent confident in catching again." Colston's re-discovered confidence coupled with his expanded role in the offense means he may finally start to put up the numbers fantasy owners expected."

Yeah, given Carolina's matchup, I think you can expect a lot of running the ball once they get up big.

i dont expect J. Stewart to play a lot, and i wouldn't think Deangelo would carry it 40-some times given his size

but still wouldnt be a bad start (DW)

With Stewart out, maybe less emphasis on the running game for Carolina?

So:
Jake against Oak(without Hall)
or
M. Ryan vs. NO(this game could be a shoot-out or a Turner/Norwood feast to milk the clock)

Jake easily. You can expect Carolina to have the ball often, given the shitty offense and defense of Oakland, and their DB situation is awful.

I think at the end of the day you always choose the good team playing against the shitty team, because they'll put points on the board. Although NO's defense isn't very good, it's possible they can hold the ball longer on offense and change the field position game, making it harder to get in the end zone for Atlanta.

Depends on how much McGahee is gonna steal although Rice has proven he is a NFL caliber back.

I want to start Rice over Deuce, Addai, and Fargas but I am unsure of how much he will get.

if you are considering rice over forte, you have no business playing FF. rice had a great week, but forte has been a top 5 back all year long.

^^^ Houston platoons just as much as well. Ahman Green is back to speed this week and will take some carries, I would definitely play Jacobs over Slaton.

duece & addai

I have a hard time believing the Chiefs won't be down big early and forced to throw.

At least with the other two, there isn't much of a chance of them being blown out and abandoning any type of running game.

Rivers
Lendale or DeAngelo is tough, but I don't think you can bench DeAngelo on a day when Stewart probably won't be stealing carries.

FoxSports.com's John Czarnecki reports that Jonathan Stewart (questionable, heel) will play against the Panthers.
Quote :
"This isn't great news for DeAngelo Williams owners if Czar proves to be right. DeAngelo is still a solid RB2, but he was a RB1 without Stewart. Stewart barely practiced all week, so his role may limited. It makes sense that he'll play because the Panthers may have left him in Carolina if they truly planned to sit him. "

^Aaron Rodgers
Slaton and Addai

I'm about to make a huge decision

I think I'm going to start Camarillo vs. Seattle over Steve Smith vs. Oak

Seattle has the worst pass D in the league and Kerney will be out today too.

Nnamdi Asomugha will be guarding Steve Smith and he had only been thrown to 8 times before last week (Roddy White got 5 receptions last week vs. Asomugha). DeAngelo Hall (cornerback opposite of Asomugha) is the most passed to corner in the league because of Asomugha. I know DeAngelo Hall is on the Redskins now but I think the trend will continue for the rest of the season.

On a similar note: I think DeAngelo Williams and Muhsin Muhammad will have monster days. Mark it 8 dude.
