Whats the secret to being accurate with sniper rifles? No quick scoping, but mid to long range. I'll line up the sites, and they will be right on the person, and I'll fire, and total miss. Then I see others in kill cams and what not shooting people and it always seems like they are hitting them without the cross hairs even being on the person.

that extra second you think you are using to aim is what's costing you.

i've found that firing a little faster, even if slightly off target, has more success than trying to pinpoint directly on the person.

yeah, that shit happens to me all the time - i know i'm spot on and i don't get even a tag...

i've started to just "drag" the shot across the body to trick the game's lag-comp into giving me the hit. while shooting move your scope across the enemy's body and it works more often somehow...go figure...

well i don't mind it in pubs except for the constant spawn rotation - gotta have a team who has your back.

in competition i mind it because a good team can camp it out after they get a decent lead and just let the time run out...it's a bad team's wet dream. same with dome...it's a decent map but for competition on tdm, it has too many easy camp spots, namely the b building.

ah makes sense.

my clan has started, as a joke, rushing Burger Town on Arkaden and camping out there for about the first 4-5 minutes of the match. it usually takes that long for the other team to give up trying to rush us out of there and we can get a decent lead and frustrate them. Around the 5 minute mark we'll storm out and catch them all off guard pretty much wiping the floor with them. makes for great kill cam mics

^I get an error too, no resolution that I know of. You can still share the video if you render it and just link from your elite but then you only have so many slots to store things instead of just offloading everything to youtube.
