I have played Elebits, Excite Truck, Monkey Ball and Rayman. Rayman > Monkey Ball for sure. Monkey ball just seems like it was rushed. Elebits is cool, but multiplayer is kinda hecktic. Excite Truck is really cool but I would wait til a non-launch title comes out (maybe Excite Truck 2).

I think he means, the wii games in general are geared towards playing with a bunch of people ALA wii sports elebits, rayman etc.


seeing as people no longer in college tend to have a dip in average daily flow of people, he feels wii wouldnt be as fun !!


i got rayman tonight and had a blast playing it. I couldn't fucking beat the potty doors game :x skipped it and went to the next day.

not true for me...i still have a blast playing it, as does my wife. We have a friend over every once in a while and we may not even play the wii the whole time, and we still have fun.

but then again, we're not the type of people who need that constant influx of people to have a good time

Elebits is like pikmin, Katamari, and The HL2 Grav gun rolled into one game.... It is alot of fun

Last thing I saw about the controls was that they didn't think that the motion controls would work well for it and they would probably just make it use cube or classic controllers but they have been pretty tight lipped about the control scheme since then

uuummmm...so i wake up this morning, added someone to my code list, and i head over to check the mii parade and my wiimote stops working. Battery was at 75% last night, so thats fine. I check my other wiimote that i just go tlast night, and it's not connecting either! When i push a button, all 4 lights just flash and then nothing else. I think my Wii isnt' recognizing the wiimotes!!?? anyone heard of this problem?

Wii Remote was synced, but no longer works
If you have a Wii Remote that was synced and working, but now only the LED lights flash and then go off, try the following:

1. Turn the Wii console on and wait until the "Health & Safety" screen appears (don't press A).
2. Open the SD Card slot cover on the front of the Wii console, just below the disc drive, and press and hold the red SYNC button for 15 seconds. This will clear all synced Wii Remotes from the console.
3. Resync the Wii Remote by removing the battery cover and pressing the red "SYNC" button. Do this for all Wii Remotes you wish to use, and test for proper response.
4. If the steps above do not work, remove the batteries of the Wii Remote and leave them out for at least 2 or 3 minutes. Reinsert the batteries and sync the Wii Remote again. Test for proper response.

If after removing the batteries for several minutes, and resyncing the Wii Remote, your still unable to get the Wii Remotes to work, try syncing another Wii Remote if available.

* If another Wii Remote works, then your previous Wii Remote will need to be repaired. Please click here for repair options.
* If multiple Wii Remotes do not work, or you only have one Wii Remote, a repair of the Wii console is necessary. Please click here for repair options (In order to ensure the problem is resolved quickly and correctly, please be sure to send in your Wii console, Wii Remote(s), and Sensor Bar).





**ok, step three worked for me, i had to clear the syncs and resync the wiimotes....that scared the hell out of me. I had issues getting Zelda (i ordered it online before i got my console and it took 3 weeks to get here and i just got it and wanted to play. I would have cried if i had to send in my wii to be repaired anyway, i guess it's too damn early for anyone to see this!
