lol i don't care about leaderboard stats - i play objective games most of the time and have the most kills and deaths usually...makes no difference to me.

I just started using the AUG HBAR. First light machine gun I've used and I'm much better than with a sub or rifle with it. I'm sure it's noob-ish but I am having a lot more fun with it and the Striker for close range or going around corners. I still have to get use to using the shotguns as semi-automatics instead of one shot one kill...

And for the love of christ, I though I unloaded a clip in to a double shotgun fag and he shot once with each gun and nailed me from one side of the hallway in Terminal to the other... way, way too long range.

I've gone 14-6, 17-12 and 12-6 on my last three games. Getting there... getting there. I'll be on a bit tonight since I gotta drive to NYC at like 2am tomorrow morning so if anyone wants to play, hit me up.

In COD3 (I know Treyarch dev'd not IW) there would be instances of CTF and War (basically like a 5 flag domination match) happening at the same time. You could also fall through the map, noticeably on one map but I forget its name.

Ok so earlier today I was playing normal TDM on rust. Well I jumped in mid game only to get mowed down by a chopper as soon as I spawned. As I looked at the combat log to see who killed me it said my own teammate killed me with a chopper. So I thought maybe it was because I was next to an enemy....wrong it killed me and other teammates like a dozen times. Then I figured out that I too could kill teammates and still get xp and credit for the kill lol WTF?? This was a normal TDM too. This seemed to go on forever before I decided to quit.

every time i choose 3rd person team tactical, it fucks up and puts me in some private matches and nobody there has selected private matches - they all complain. either that or it puts me in a regular (not 3rd person) demolition game or regular FFA, etc. but no 3rd person.

on Friday I started playing CTF and sabotage, and I realized that I ran faster when holding just a pistol. Since then, I've done nothing but equip myself with marathon pro, lightweight pro, and ninja pro so that I could run around knifing people and capturing flags. I'm leveling up a lot faster playing these game types.

It's a shame I can't equip my G18 with a knife. I wonder if I can run as fast with the .44 revolver as I can with the Glock?

^^More titles/emblems, more Custom Classes (you get 5 more custom classes over 10 prestiges).

Most of the prestige-requiring titles (and there's a lot) are unlocked after the first prestige, after that it's almost all just new titles that say what prestige # you're on.

If you don't care about maxing out your custom classes and would rather keep your unlocks, you probably want to do it only once or twice.

Also, you do keep all your titles and emblems after Prestige. You lose everything else (weapons, weapon attachments, challenges, pro perks, killstreaks, etc).

The new custom classes and titles really are not worth cashing in all your weapons/attachments/perks/challenges. I prestiged just to say I have done it but I will not be doing it again...atleast not until I get bored and want something to accomplish.

I will add you as a "friend". The group is pretty much just whichever t-dub people are online at a given time. Sometimes its 2-3 and sometimes it is 7-8.

Also to clear something up if you did not already realize. To be able to get together on the same team players in the party have to join the pre-game lobby before the party leader selects "FIND MATCH".

If you are slow to accept a game/party invite and the Party Leader initiates the match then you can still join the game if there is room but you will be assigned to a team by the game. This is why you can be in a party but on the wrong team.

You will know you did it right if you are on the right team and your teammates show up as blue instead of green on the HUD.

When I host a party I usually back out of the lobby every few matches and re-invite everyone in the party to a new lobby if I notice a fellow t-dubber stuck on the wrong team.

Also - use the clan tag [tww] as that is what the majority of us roll with.

I am sure most of you are well aware of this but maybe some aren't.

I am at level 58 now, I think. What's the fastest way to make it to 70? I am trying to do weapons challenges, but the fucking FMJ for extended magazines drives me crazy. I don't make it a habit of just spraying into an object especially when I can't ever consistently determine what will go through and what won't. Cinderblocks? Fine. A filing cabinet, though? Must be made of depleted uranium and lined with kevlar.

I'm working on the FMJ challenges for 1 or 2 weapons right now, but I don't think its the best way to level up the fastest...I'd go through your barracks and look for challenges that are nearly complete...ie maybe you have some gun with 23/25 headshots...work with that until you get a couple more...or if you have 478/500 kills with a weapon, use that...etc

^ Just save you FMJ equipped weapons for Favela. Most of the walls on that are plywood or sheet metal, so on games like HQ where people grab spots near windows you can spray right through when they go for cover.
