Hmm, I don't know. I really like their boycut panties. I also like that they're kind of thick. It makes them comfy. To each her own, I guess.5/25/2008 10:12:41 PM |

Does anyone know what kind of jeweler I would use to get a custom ring? My grandmother has a ring that my grandfather bought for her (it was a cheap $100 ring) that she loves. She wants to get it remade one day, and I thought I would do that for her for her birthday. Any suggestions? 5/25/2008 11:02:29 PM |

I need shoe help. My ankles suck. If I walk around any distance at all in shoes that aren't tennis shoes, they are in pain the next day or two, and they roll a lot and cause problems. So I'm pretty much a tennis shoe girl most of the time, unfortunately. But since it's turning to summer, I can't really wear tennis shoes with skirts, shorts, capris, etc. Are there any reasonably cute shoes you ladies know of that would still kind of support my ankles? Do I have to order "special" old lady shoes? 6/1/2008 12:21:06 PM |

You could try some gladiator sandals with ankle straps. I have a pair of aerosole wedges I live in that are beyond comfy and well supportive. 6/2/2008 9:26:26 PM |

who do i ask for at the design gallery or does it matter? i'm going to try to make an appt tomorrow. i know i posted like 29384729 months ago about going, but instead i tried to grow my hair out as long/ugly/stringy as possible (not really but...law school + being poor = not conducive to lots of spending). if i can't get in there where else should i try? i really want to go there but i really might DIE if i don't get a haircut tomorrow. wed at the latest. 6/2/2008 10:17:32 PM |

yeah, I got the catalog, and it says the stores start june 19
I tend to abuse the $5.95 shipping return fee... I'll order a crap ton of stuff, and try it all on and send back what doesnt fit right. Like I uh, ahem, dropped $350 the other night but I'll probably only keep $100 of it...
I basically pay $6 to try shit on, haha 6/3/2008 5:28:59 PM |

if you haven't tried Wacoal yet, do so immediately

^^ Precisely. If I need my boobies to not move, any sports bra will do, not that thing. Those are supposed to be Cs under there? Bali's push-up bras not only give my boobies lots of support, they make them look AWESOME. I have no idea why anyone with no underfold needs a push-up bra. These things were BUILT for boobies in the C+ range.

Anyone know where to find floor length cotton summer dresses. w/o patterns. saw some in target but hated its patterns. I also am trying to find one with straps. I have a black one that I love but it shows a bit too much cleavage for every day wear.
didn't think they would be that hard of a find. and didn't want to spend 100 on it.

you don't know a goddamn thing about having big tits
it doesn't "seal" anything, it's just supportive and minimizing

What part of "minimizing bra" did you not understand?
and no, sports bras don't cut it6/11/2008 11:51:06 AM |

that'd look very weird, I'd wager
but heaven forbid women like things like minimizing bras when they've got big boobs! 6/11/2008 11:54:17 AM |

I have ginormous tits, but I tend to go for push-up bras. They work better for my back, than a minimizer that sorta pushes them down! 6/11/2008 11:57:02 AM |
StillFuchsia All American 18941 Posts user info edit post |
that one still puts them up where they need to be
I can't stand push-up bras, there's no sense in putting padding in a bra my size 6/11/2008 11:59:50 AM |

Again: you do not know a goddamn thing about having massive tits. It's not just about keeping them still.
You have, apparently, never tried on a shirt, and have it fit perfectly, except in the chest. That's an instance of what minimizers are for. Sports bras just give you a uniboob.

Well push-up bras kinda go against gravity and keep my boobs/bra from hurting my back. I have a minimizing strapless bra, but that's it. 6/11/2008 12:04:08 PM |

^^ i also second the push up. It does give them a nicer shape and makes them fuller. Minimizers.... they make me feel like im wearing corset 6/11/2008 12:06:56 PM |
miska All American 22242 Posts user info edit post |
My boobs aren't massive, but there are definitely times when I just don't want the girls up in my face, so it's handy to keep a minimizer around. 6/11/2008 12:13:59 PM |
StillFuchsia All American 18941 Posts user info edit post |
^^ That's just it, I don't need them to be fuller, they're already too full
I just don't like foam cups or padding, they put things in weird places
and half the time, they're cut in a way that I feel like I'm falling out
