We learned that Ana Lucia is/was a cop in LA, and got suspended for an officer involved shooting. In other words, she shot one of her own, kinda like what she did to Shannon. I figured her badge # would have had something to do with "the numbers" but I can't find any relation. They have got to mean something, hell every number like that they show has something to do with the story.
