I think I'll use my pasta sauce w/ hamburger meat, cook up some rice and sausage, and add spices for a ghetto rigged jumbalaya.

last night, my great aunt served venison enchiladas.

No lie, they were the best I have ever had.

Z and I had leftovers for breakfast

...I wish that had been what was for dinner

not to be a dick...

which I will more than admit that I am...

but...

if you followed that recipe, you bought ribs from the store, threw them on the grill, and put lime juice on them

that doesn't sound that difficult

^^it's a moral victory

I can't seem to cook meat at all it either ends up too rare inside, then overcooked when I check again or i cut it up to make sure it's cooked all the way.

V I gotta learn on my own how else am I gonna be able to cook legatic dinner?

oic, carry on then...

you should start learning to check the doneness of the meat by touch. you'll learn pretty quickly.

for beef at least, this is pretty accurate, and will at least give you the feel for things:

that would be rare
the next finger, medium rare
next, medium
next, well
