Fuck my life. Getting Sainted again tonight. No semblance of a D whatsoever by Detroit. Up by 33 going into tonight with Kasay against Brees & Sproles. Lead is all but gone by halftime. I will miss the playoffs with the 4th most points scored in the league but 3rd most against. SMH.

Up 21.5 with no one left to play. He's got MJD and VJax. I have to win to get in the playoffs. Hanson missing 2 FGs for me might turn out to be the difference.

Early games were fun for me today. Three players I had going were Chris Johnson, Percy Harvin, Gronk. The game I needed to win to get into the playoffs was over before 4 PM

Was so close to making a run at Gronk at the deadline too

In one league we have a 25 acquisition limit. I added some scrub WR this week before realizing it was my 25th acquisition. So now I can't make any more moves...so I'll be finishing the season without a TE now that Davis is done. After this week I'll be 8-5 (tied for second best record in league) heading into playoffs, but with virtually no shot at winning due to no longer having a TE. Obviously, poor planning on my part. lol.

I'm so happy I picked up Cam Newton with my last pick as a backup to (Who I thought would be solid all season, Michael Vick). Cam's non QB stats put him as the 15th best RB in our league, while he is around the 20th best QB with just his passing stats. Pretty ridiculous once you combine the two. Wish it was a dynasty league so I could hang on to him for next year for next to nothing

^^ eh maybe they commish can make an exception and let you pick up a TE. sounds like an honest mistake.

^4 So fucking glad I have THE GRONK. Best 14th round pick I've ever made. Also drafted Megatron this year with the second-to-last pick of the second round.

Someone dropped Andre Johnson in our league, but it sounds like this latest injury may be minor. I know he's damaged goods, but is it worth dropping Matt Forte for him? I'm not sure Forte will be back in time to make much of a difference and sounds like AJ may be able to be back relatively soon.

2-1 in 3 leagues. The one loss eliminated from the playoffs in my big money league. Dammit. AP and Fred Jackson getting injured screwed me...

Well wrapped up 2nd in the regular season at 11-2. Had a pretty good draft this year. Lesean Mccoy in the first round, Hakeem Nicks in the 2nd, Romo in the third, and Welker in the 4th. Romo was a bit of a reach, but because of draft position, I probably would have ended up with Josh Freeman otherwise.

Lots of fantasy fail this weekend....in the 2nd of my 2 money leagues, thought I needed to score around 115 to win going into the weekend. I scored 130 which is great, except the guy I was playing scored 157.

Fiance has scored 175 pts than any other team in the other money league...was eliminated from the playoffs last night as she lost 116-115. It was a CBS free league (will never use their free leagues again) so you can not change the # of playoff teams, or divisions or anything. Our division the teams are 9-4, 9-4, 8-5, 7-6. The second division is 11-2, 4-9, 4-9, 4-9, and the third division is 9-4, 7-6, 3-10, 3-10.

8-5 and missing the playoffs in my 12 team league where 6 teams make the playoffs... I blame the bottom 4 which have a combined 10-42 record.

I feel like I had a great shot in the playoffs too...

Matt Stafford
Chris Johnson
Marshawn Lynch
Roy Helu
Dez Bryant
Doug Baldwin
Fred Davis

Bench:
Maurice Morris
Jackie Battle
Daniel Thomas
Deji Karim
David Nelson

CJ Spiller at SD

or

Sproles at TEN

SD gave up a ton of yards to MJD and I'm not certain how good TN's defense would be against a specialty guy like Sproles.

^If it's a PPR league, I'd definitely go with Sproles. If it's not PPR, then it's tougher, but I still might lean Sproles.

And ^^, Fred Davis is gonna be suspended for a positive drug test, reports say. Just an FYI.

I'm in three leagues. Like most, 2 of those leagues start playoffs this week (end week 16). The third league doesn't start playoffs until week 15 (they end week 17)...that's probably gonna screw some people as starters get benched in the final week. That league isn't a money league though, so at least it won't cost anyone money. Still, pretty lame.

^^If you're playing on ESPN, start CJ Spiller as a WR. He's got WR eligibility (or at least he does in my league). But I'd also start Sproles as your flex, he always finds a way to score points.

Sorry to double post, but who do you guys think will win my playoff matchup this week:

TEAM 1

Brees
Chris Johnson
DeMarco Murray
Roy Helu/Beanie Wells
Calvin Johnson
Percy Harvin
Rob Gronkowski
Seahawks DST
Dan Bailey (Dallas)

TEAM 2

Vick
Michael Turner
Ahmad Bradshaw
Jonathan Stewart/Mike Tolbert
Wes Welker
Vincent Jackson
Kellen Winslow
Jets D
John Kasay (New Orleans)

I'd also go with Team 1.

RB Question. So I have a muddied up group of RBs, not sure which 2 to start. Non-ppr league.
D. Murray vs. NYG
R. Helu vs. NE
R. Mendenhall vs. Cle
A. Bradshaw @ Dal
CJ Spiller @ SD

Playing the last place team to clinch this week. Pick one out of these three:

Anquan Boldin vs Indy
Brandon Lloyd @ Seattle
Brandon Marshall vs Philly

^^I'd go with Mendenhall and Murray. They're the two safest bets I think.

^Think I'd go with Marshall, he's been pretty consistent even with a shitty QB situation.

Team 1 was mine...should I start Beanie or Helu as my flex?

Helu based on the matchup

pick my 2 RBs (non-ppr):

Lesean McCoy @ Mia
Legarette Blount @ Jax
Ryan Mathews vs. Buf
Beanie Wells vs. SF
CJ Spiller @ SD

other league, pick 2 RBs, still no ppr. Damn injuries to Peterson and Forte have taken my team from having the best backfield in the league to this mediocre mess:

Adrian Peterson @ Det
Ryan Mathews vs. Buf
Kevin Smith vs. Min
Marion Barber vs. Den
Michael Bush @ GB

Who to start this week? Barber vs. DEN or Benson vs. HOU

Cedric Benson (vs HOU #3 run defense) or DeSean Jackson (@MIA) at my flex?
Different league:
Laurent Robinson (vs NYG, Miles Austin should be back) or Nate Burleson (vs MIN) at WR?

^^I'm thinking Barber might be the better play this week. Houston's run D is pretty good.

benson, robinson.

pick one for flex
Damian Williams vs NO
Heyward-Bey vs GB
Kevin Smith vs Minn

leaning towards Heyward-Bey since Ford and Moore might be out.

*I could be up demarius(whatever) Thomas of Denver also. but im not sure if I can trust Denver WRs.

up 123.5-65.5 against the number 1 team in the league. 1st round playoffs.

he has Lynch of Seattle, Stl D, and Stl Kicker left....

I think I'm good. Just need T-Jack to go off and Lynch to suck.

Nothing like being in 3 leagues, 3 playoffs, and losing Murray in all 3 and then Jennings in one.

How are you in a league where a starting QB and a TE who was in the top 5 last year don't get drafted?

Down 107-99 going into tonight (I have Seahawks D/ST, opponent has S. Jackson) in $$$$ league. The 3 division winners go to the playoffs, with the #4 seed (wildcard) going to the best record outside of division winners. So plenty of scenarios to play out tonight:

1. Clinch Division with win tonight
2. Clinch #2 Seed with win and Seahawks D/ST scores 14 or more points
3. Clinch #3 Seed with win and Seahawks D/ST scores 13 pts or less
4. Clinch #4 Seed with loss and S. Jackson outscores Seahawks D/ST by less than 39 pts
5. Miss playoffs with loss and S. Jackson outscores Seahawks D/ST by 40 points or more

hopefully I survive the night, but the way my fantasy weekend has been going I have my doubts. So far I was eliminated in the first week of the TWW league playoffs (I was #1 seed, lost to #8 seed), and missed the playoffs in my small $$ league because I lost to the 0-13 team this week.
