you know, i'm pretty sure any fan that thinks their team has a lot of talent gets a bit excited. and the season is far from over, but i think most of the blame for any unrealistic expectations falls on the shoulders of the analysts who are calling for a super bowl for the panthers.

you'd be kidding yourself if you thought the pieces werent there for something special, but the panthers seemingly always play with a lack of emotion, and that coupled with a plethora of mistakes will lead to a loss against almost anybody, especially a talented but consistently underperforming team like the saints who finally have something to play for.

the FACT is, NOTHING is quite clear about the current season...ITS WEEK 1

The Panthers and Falcons have each gotten to 1 Superbowl...and they each lost...so historically they are equally good...Vick can beat the Panthers all day in the regular season...we'll see what happens if they face up in the playoffs...I mean, the Cowboys and Eagles own the Panthers in the regular season too...but the Panthers are undefeated against the Cowboys and Eagles in the postseason
