if he was going to speed, might as well do it during dusk/night. pull into actual big covered parking lot in the mall and drive out without lights. no fucking way they would catch him.

it is amazing how much man power, fuel and chopper time they waste on a person violating the speed limit or failure to yield charge. of course taxpayers take care of it.
