I'm going to go out on a limb here and make a lot of stuff up. I say that the forms in multiple languages thing pays for itself. Why? Because the amount of money the government can collect that they otherwise couldn't (if the forms were only in English) is greater than the cost to print said forms.

You don't have to worry about that from me. Pretty much the only reason I stuck by Bush for several years now was his relatively pro-immigrant stance; if anything, I think his having turned his back on that recently is a political ploy.

Okay, so we include translations on these "costly" (LOL, couldn't keep a straight face) documents, EXCEPT we print them in teeny print all around the margins of the page. This way the translations wouldn't require any extra paper.

(And, oh yeah, new immigrants will just need to buy or borrow a magnifying glass.)
