Last episode was actually pretty good and what i wanted from this show. And the Jesus Christ skit actually appeared to be Studio60's first funny skit.

the next episode is really good. the writing is good and the episode is well-constructed. i like the way the story of the week unfolds. good show.

the substory with Jack was altogether poorly done and silly but the rest of the show was really good.

what was poorly done about it? the FCC was being retarded and he wanted to stand up to them. he knew that standing up to them wouldn't be the best move for the network and didn't want to be the one to steer them wrong. i think his resignation attempt was kind of abrupt though, which i'm guessing is part of what you're referring to. nothin major though.

Another good episode. Writers are doing a much better job at showing us some character development instead of just making these characters sound smart. And the skits on the show have been generally funny (Santa getting caught by To Catch A Predator's Chris Hansen).

ughh, past few episodes have been blah. Danny is just creepy calling Jordan over and over and over again like a stalker. And Tom is just an idiot for not telling Dawn from The Office about his situation. This show just frustrates me.

S60 was actually getting better right before their Christmas break but my GOD these last few episodes have been terrible. How about we bump this back to the top when another good episode airs.

1) write to the addresses listed here on every email account you have saying you want the show to say on. Forward it to your friends.
2) bulletin your friends list, and even if they aren't watching the show, request they send the words 'keep studio 60 on' and just SEND!
3) blog it and someone searching blogs is sure to find it and e-mail them too.
4) comment it on all of the studio 60 sites you know of (including this one) and spread the word
5) Fax their offices if you can, imagine how hard it would be to ignore 1000's of faxes coming through laugh.gif

pretty much. nbc says the show is on hiatus but i have a feeling theyll dump the remaining number of episodes they have on nbc.com at some point (especially if the BD has anykind of decent number).

From reading about efforts to keep other shows on the air or bring them back apparently the most effective thing is to write a postcard to network execs with just you name, sex, age, and a short message saying I like x show. The main thing they want to know is people in the target demographics are watching, and I think most people on this board are probably in target demographics.

And of course getting as many people as you can to do that.


Internet petitions and email don't sway them much as they know those can be mass generated.

didn't CBS have that show in the late 90's about some guy getting the newspaper a day early and would try to stop tragedies from occurring? I think it was called Early Edition.

I thought Early Edition was on NBC, yeah it had Kyle Chandler in it. Coach Taylor on Friday Night Lights which was renewed.

so glad it's back on for a limited run. i love this show so much -- perhaps the fact i've worked in TV, loved aaron sorkin's west wing, and can get the jokes makes me the perfect viewer. i will miss this show.
