There were not enough student accounts still needing a ticket to cause a second lottery. After the first lottery and claim period, the amount of tickets available exceeded the accounts in the second lottery, therefore it caused the system to go into on-demand. If the demand does not exceed the availability the system will go into on-demand.

people need to be informed if this happens

otherwise they'll just assume they'll get a ticket from the the second lottery

and when they find out there was no second lottery and they didn't get a ticket...well then you're gonna hear about it

can someone explain to me why there was not a second lottery for those that didnt get it the first time? and that nobody was informed to go on to on demand early? Also what do you do if you have been penalized points already, and have attended every game that you have gotten tickets to in the last 3 years!

i randomly checked during the ondemand time and saw that I could request a ticket... but when I did all it would let me do is claim tickets then came back with an error that no tickets were found

Whose idea was this? If supply exceeds demand, the people who were "in the second lottery" should be given tickets. Only then should the sytem put the remaining tickets into on-demand. Even then, why not just stick to the schedule and have on-demand start when it is supposed to? Seems kinds wrong to have all the on-demand tickets given out before on-demand actually should begin.

I am a group leader and when I received the e-mail this morning saying that I signed up for tickets it said with group leader 0. Other members of my group received the same thing in their emails and when I check the member list for my group for the Akron game it comes up with the list from the Appy State game (still says Appy State game at the top and everything). Anyone else having this problem, is it something to do with the system not rolling over from the ASU game yet or what?
