Still, it's not like he is playing against high schoolers. He is still playing against good talent, just not NBA-good talent. I mean these guys are all like Hodge, played well in college, tried to go pro, didn't work out, now in the D-league. 3/20/2007 6:52:29 PM |

I don't understand why people can't give him props where its due. He is working his ass off to achieve his goals and all you can do is put him down. He is a good player and just needs to find the right team to fit in with and he will have a very solid pro career. 3/21/2007 9:11:04 AM |

He didnt put up those kinds of numbers at State and D'league tallent is as good/better than what he faced in a good ACC while he was here.
I'll be shocked if he's not playing significant minutes for someone by the beginning of next year. I just hope he doesnt get himself into a bad contract with a team that already has enough guards. 3/21/2007 3:12:35 PM |

Yeah, Denver was a terrible fit for him.
They had 3 point guards, 5 small forwards, and 4 power forwards in 2005. I was glad to see him get drafted, but that was the one team I was hoping didn't get him.
Here's to hoping that he continues to work his tail off and get to the ultimate prize. I'll be pulling for him the whole time. 3/21/2007 7:02:45 PM |

Hodge is doing what he needs to do, play
it wasnt helping him sitting on the bench getting no PT for Denver and now he gets a chance to prove himself again and hopefully get back up to the NBA
he is just now getting back into form after being shot, give him some fucking credit 3/21/2007 7:08:36 PM |

Hodge with 17 pts and 10 assists in double OT loss last night. He scored a crucial bucket and free throws at the end of regulation to send the game to OT.
Hodge was also named the D-League performer of the Week. http://www.nba.com/dleague/news/performer_070319.html

obviously his 1st round draft to denver didnt work out...however he has steadily improved his NBDL numbers with each of his three teams and he's damn near averaging a triple double in 5 games...keep up the good work Jules 3/28/2007 9:00:42 PM |
