Wake has nothing to be ashamed of. What a great season. They had a great gameplan tonight and did a lot better than I thought they would. They just ran into a better team.

I had a great time at the Orange Bowl. I hope NC State can experience that atmosphere.

From my point of view sitting in the Louisville section, Wake Forest had a HELL of a good showing and had some great fans. For such a tiny school, I bet a substantial percentage of their alumni base were at that game and they were pretty loud.
