They are both very, very talented. They are also both very inconsistent and have won us some games and lost us some games. Last year we had other players who were far more consistent on both ends of the court and those players played more.

It's stupid to try and compare roles on this years team to last years team because they simply aren't comparable.

after seeing the pathetic attendance at that game, i'm now fully in favor of general admission as it is done at the football games for students.

Its ridiculous to be assigned the 300 level and then watch as half of the courtside seats are empty at tip off; then not even close to full throughout the game.

^I take it you didn't see our last game, the Miami game? Fells got fouled hard in the air under the basket and came down and slammed down with all of his weight on his lower back/ass. If we have the ability/talent to beat UNC, then we should be able to compete against GT, Miami, UMD.

We have lost all 3 and we weren't in any of the games at the end. The Miami loss is not acceptable, they have less players available than we do. The other two were because of depth mostly but still.

i think lowe is the chosen one. but that said, these past three games have been horrible. and really, it's validated to judge sidney now. the past week he hasnt had his team ready. and the fatigue thing, i dont buy it. were playin easily 7-8 guys now. obviously ya cant try to run the guy off now, but he can be criticized. i do think he'll get it together tho and well make the nit and produce a pretty solid team next year that gets in the ncaas. those were my predictions at the beginning of the year and i stand by em.

Did you just hear "house" and assume it was the underarmor commercial, which has never been played at a State game ever as far as I can recall, as opposed to the clip that was played at the last home game?

As for the general seating problems...
Why the hell don't they allow anyone who has a vaild student ticket to fill obviously empty seats on the lower level? We were way up in the nosebleeds in the 1st half, noticed that an ENTIRE FUCKING ROW was empty (still had the "brick" signs sitting on the seats untouched) in the area behind the Maryland bench.

So we went down there during halftime and asked the usher at the top of the aisle if we could move down there, along with some other students who noticed the same thing. Lady said that they wouldn't let us into the section w/o a ticket for that level. T

hese seats were right next to the usher and cop, they could see that we would just fill unused seats and not attempt to steal someone's seat or cause confusion. It was during the half too, so we could have worked it out from a rational standpoint and not interrupted anything.

Turns out, these seats stayed completely unused for the rest of the ENTIRE GAME. Bullshit.

Ok, first, that 'bumblebee song' is called the fast fight song, because its like the fight song played really fast. And second it is ALWAYS (as in, never not) played at the first official time out around the 4 minute mark in the second half. That's just tradition, been the same way for years. The fact that our weak sauce crowds always come late and bounce early had nothing to do with it.

LOL dickweed....I looked at the numbers for you. They are virtually the same in every statistical category except Gavin shoots more and is a slightly worse 3 point shooter.

But then I went to the assist/turnover page

Gavin averages 4.6 TO per game, to Fells 1.9, although fells has fewer assists.


I guess i make stupid comments like that because every time Fells turns it over I go "Damn" and every time Gavin turns it over I go "what the fuck you stupid piece of shit that was a lazy pass and yo udont know how to dribble get off the floor and quit pretending you're in the NBA because you will never get there unless you learn basic fundamentals" /blog

They played both the underarmor audio and the "no one pushes us around" audio. I don't remember which was played first. I know the underarmor one was with 5:xx left and we were down by 12.
