he went to court like a week ago, sorry if i missed THE RIGHT thread!!!1

the 22 charges thing is insane, and anyone who has been charged with multiple crimes knows that the going rate is about 7 felony charges per misdemeanor committed these days. the cops like to overcharge like hell to get plea bargains. the simple words "lets pick a jury" from lowe's attorneys will make charges start dropping like flies.

so if he did it, he'll probably get 2 felony convictions and 3 years probation.

man, if he only got probation that'd be great for coach lowe as far as basketball is concerned (and personally, of course). it'd be a lot better than trying to recruit while your son is in prison

note: obviously this post regards interests in basketball only.  i realize that there are personal matters at hand as well.
