its in this thread and ncaa thread a ton of times...you have to select your play by pressing A but continue to hold it and you can keep moving like youre selecting another play and just let it go on some random play....the play you will be running was the first play you started to press A on

i am 7-10 on all-pro. this year the game is hard.

i dont have the turnover problem...at least not with fumbles. I set interceptions to 30 on both sides, and there are usually 1-3 picks a game.

^If you like NCAA Football 08, you'll like this game. The weapons don't get in the way as far as gameplay is concerned. I play Madden almost everyday, and I barely touch NCAA, but as soon as the college football season starts, I'll play both.

I've been scoring 7-13 points no matter who I play with

My D is solid, as I'm only losing by a touchdown or less except for one blowout

Wow had a really shitty finish last night

Played this bammer with no headset, it was a good game throughout

Ended up with me down 17-16 driving at about his 27 and lined up to kick to game winning FG with a few seconds left.

Right when I started pulling back on the stick to kick, he pauses the game. When he unpaused it , my timing was all off and I miss the kick short.

I message him like "You know that was bush league " and he responds like "I'll do anything for the W"

I wish I coulda bitch slapped him thru the screen

I've only played a few games so far. Do the "weapons" make any difference at all? So far it looks to me like it's nothing more than a graphical icon to help you recognize what your players highest stats are.

Anyone have sliders to make the game a little more accurate? I'm not sure if it's me or not but it's tough to move the offense on All-Pro or Madden level. A little too ridiculous at times too.

I had this one play where I caught a pass with Marion Barber out on a flat pass. He trucks the first guy, shrugs off two more, stiff arms another guy and breaks another tackle for a 58-yard touchdown, all while being close to the sideline. I wish I could save replays like in NCAA, but that would be too easy for EA to implement.

Yeah, I get pissed off when that happens. I got really mad last night. I threw a pass that hit Jason Witten right between the 8 and the 2, and he stood there while the ball hit his chest and fell to the ground. He redeemed himself later by catching a ball for a crucial first down late in the game. I was like "now, you catch the ball."

I had probably my greatest moment in Madden last night stopping the Eagles run game at the 1 with about :10 seconds left on 4th and goal. I didn't even think I stopped them until the score was the same, and my offensive plays came up.
