Carrying the ball in your outside hand doesn't work if you fight to stay inbounds and hold the ball out like a loaf of bread.

Bad officiating all around on that play. At least they should get the right spot and time on the review. They really screwed up to need the replay and disrupt the game.

Clock would have stopped on a measurement, but both teams wouldn't have gotten a stoppage and timeout.

And they just got the review wrong.
