Zombie mode is fun, i wish more people would beat it so that you could play online though...

so i ended up getting this and played the first two campaign missions and then two games online before forcing myself to call it a night.

So far i like it. Multiplayer was tough...I felt the same as a poster above that it seemed like it took an entire clip to kill someone but it may just be that my accuracy is off with the new(old) set of guns. I went 10-16 in my first round mainly because i had no clue about the map and was just exploring and wandering through.

played another mission on single and then about 6-7 rounds of multiplayer.


definitely enjoying it. It still seems like it takes an awful lot of rounds to put an enemy down though. The multiplayer maps (that i've played) are large which is awesome.

After playing this and Resistance 2 multiplayer i can say pretty easily that i'll be trading in R2 once i finish the single player.

The zombie game by yourself is not really fun, because you can't get up in levels very high. I am sure in co-op is fun as hell.

bttt. enjoying this more and more and more with each MP round. I wish the grenades were a little more powerful however. And the experience is amazing on full 1080 with dolby 5.1.

I almost wish I didnt have plans so i could stay in and play all night.

The 1st russian mission where you have to counter-snipe the Nazi sniper is pure BULLSHIT.

Somehow the sniper always hides until right when you run out of breath; and he can somehow instantly pop in the window locked onto where you are to deliver a head shot. Even if u do manage to get a shot off at teh sniper "you only wounded him"

Yeah i started on Hardened and that sniper mission is tough. It took me a few tries to figure it out. Takes a combination of hiding and moving right when he's about to shoot. I think i ended up shooting and moving at the same time or something. I didn't even see him go down.

I think join squad makes you join that party so you are always on that/those player(s) teams. Once they are in your party their GT appears as blue during the game.

Just finished single on hardcore, I died a lot in the beginning, no running and gunning in this one which makes it really realistic, its very gritty which also makes it very realistic, seeing blood of your comrades fly in the air along with bayoneting japs it seems like you are right in the middle, i loved how they really tried to pay tribute to all of the ww2 veterans, i really want to play coop with my little bro, can't wait til xmas break.

i thought the single player campaign was garbage

every battle felt exactly the same and the only enjoyment i got was torching people with the flamethrower

the AI was also absolute dog shit

i do enjoy the mutliplayer more than cod4 though

I couldn't get past the first part on the hardest difficulty so i dropped it down a notch. It's still really hard but more enjoyable beacuse I don't get 100 grenades lobed at me at once. Although I will say this about my teammates AI. THEY PISS ME OFF! I've been trapped between two guys and couldn't run away from a nade sooo many different times.

flame thrower on multi is sick on levels that are congested (like dome), grab a corner and rack up the kills

Picked it up last night.

I've only gotten through the first Marine and first Russian segments, but so far I'm really liking it. The flamethrower is fucking awesome. There were a few points where I had to charge a bunker, so I just lobbed a smoke grenade right in front of the firing port and then walked up and hosed everyone.

I'm trying to commit to finishing singleplayer before I even touch online play.
