Elliott F'ing Avent, Lambert strikes out the side in the first.......so lets take him out.....sam brown gets em in the second.....holy crap hes got to go too. Why did he want to use a different pitcher in each inning against ECU?

Are you new to college baseball? Beating the cupcakes early doesn't mean success. Heck we haven't even done that. We lost to Elon, albeit a decent mid-major, and freaking Liberty. NCSU should not lose to Liberty in any sport.

We have beat nobodies. Our ACC record is bad and the only ACC series we have won are over lowly Virginia Tech and Wake.

We are not even going to make the ACC tournament. We've played the easy teams already (Maryland, VTech, and BC) and still have a losing ACC record.

Attended part of the game tonight vs ECU.. this is the worst NC State baseball teams I've seen in my 6yrs as a fan. Although the scoreboard only shows 1 error, there were multiple mental mistakes in the 2nd that should have been errors. The left side of the infield is shaky at best. Not sure where the bats are. I understand saving pitching for this weekend, but defensively and offensively we need to get it together.

BIG series with FSU this weekend. Games are at 6:30, 6:30, and 1:00. WRAL shows clear skies and temps ranging in the 70's. Should be great baseball weather.

Won a lightning delayed game 7-6 with a 2-run homer in the 8th to salvage a game from the series. Due to exams, the team does not have a mid week game and they will be taking a break from the ACC this weekend. We face Campbell here on Friday, then at Campbell on Saturday, and then NC Central here on Sunday.

Today was the result of pitching getting behind on hitters and more errors. Campbell scored 8 in the 3rd. Doubleheader tomorrow starting at noon against NCCU

Defeated NCCU 15-2 and 15-5 today. Jason Zinser and Mike Russo picked up the wins for State. Zinser had a no-hitter after 4 and Cameron Connor had 3 homers on the day, each one over left field. We play at UNCW on Wednesday and I will be at the game thanks to a grad party already taking place at Surf City.
