yeah, I almost left Corvo off the list, but he popped into my head last second

Cole has been hustling at least, and did get in Chara's face a couple times. Still doesnt make up for his lack of production scoring-wise, but at least he's doing SOMETHING. Cullen and Samsonov should be producing for this team

^true about Cole's hustling, but he has got to start producing. I honestly can't remember the last time he did something that was really good. He is definitely struggling.

Ward can't stop two on one's all night either. Got to quit with the bad turnovers. They will kill us this series when last series we could get away with a couple of them.

Gotta get something from Brind'amour, Samsonov, Cole, and Cullen. Those guys sucked last series too, but the Devils only really had one line to speak of. The Bruins are just on another level though, and we won't have a shot if the only production we get is from Staal + 4th line. Those guys have to step it up.

I haven't watched the canes much this year, but Brind'Amour has been underwhelming IMO.

Does he still contribute anything? I love the guy's grit and everything, but from a production standpoint, I haven't seen him do shit in any of the games I've watched.

Same goes for Cullen.

Perhaps you missed Brindy's goal and point streaks he had going there.

Not too long, but a couple different 4 and 6 game streaks or something.

After they sent him home from the trip out to Vancouver, SJ, and Phoenix, he started playing a lot better.

the bruins are just really fucking good. we're not built to handle a team like them right now. that said, we'll make the series interesting at least.

We had at least 5 A+ chances that we either failed to finish on or Thomas robbed. I don't think it was a total disaster of a game, but we've gotta come out with more jump in Game 2 or it could be the same story.

I thought our powerplay looked pretty good on the one chance we had last night. It's gonna take a lot more work though to draw penalties against the Bruins.

NJ had the second best PK in the playoffs so far, and Boston hasn't given up a PP goal at all yet
