I've always felt really bad for him. It's well known that he had a pretty crappy childhood and I'd wager that in his adult life he had very few true friends. He seemed to have some mental issues that just went untreated, and that's a sad thing.

with his "chronic pain", drugs absolutely played a large part in it. based on symptoms, history of chronic pain, and rumors of family enabling him to stay on anti-anxiety meds all the time, i'd put good money on it being a combo OD

both opiates (vicodin, percocet, dilaudid, oxycontin, fentanyl, etc) and anti-anxiety (valium, klonopin, xanax, ativan, etc) alone can decrease involuntary body activity to almost zero. combine the two, especially a lot... and its more a matter of when than if

Yeah. The guy I know that was friends with him pre-white told him he should get help/get his shit together/something like that during his batshit-craziness transformation, and I think Mike went off on him or something and they pretty much never spoke again.
